Neda Nehouray, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Neda Nehouray is the CEO and founder of HOA Organizers, a full service community Association Management company. At the age of 25, Neda formed her company, and within 10 years of its formation, is now serving over 150 communities in Southern California and employs a staff of 45.
Neda is the current Past President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She has coordinated, hosted and talked at numerous educational sessions for her clients and has also been an active speaker for various CAI-GLAC events and strategic planning sessions. She also has served as Co-Chair of CAI-GLAC's Programs Committee, which is responsible for creating topics and substance for the organization's monthly educational luncheons.
Neda has a passion for empowerment and education. With that in mind, she started the ABCs of HOAs, a first-of-its-kind annual free educational event for Board members, clients and non-clients alike, to spend a day of learning from the best in the industry. This early December event has grown to an audience of hundreds of Board members.
Neda has attributed her success within her company and in CAI-GLAC to her strong leadership skills, identifying her keen ability to recognize the strengths within her teams and direct those strengths to what people do best. Her other important job includes being a mom to a boy and girl, 5-year old twins and enjoys spending her free time with her family. Neda is a California native, born and raised through various parts of Los Angeles county.
Matt Meadors, CMCA, AMS
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Meadors joined HOA Organizers in 2017. As our Chief Operating Officer, he ensures that all parts of our company are working as a well-oiled machine. Matt's combination of people skills, positivity, and tenacity makes him a valuable asset to our company and our clients. A native of Walnut Creek, he also spearheads our Northern California and Bay Area operations.
Matt is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Associations Institute's (CAI) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He has served on the Legislative Support Committee, annually traveling to the state capitol to advocate for community associations with a team of dedicated and driven individuals for CAI throughout the state. Matt is passionate about mentoring and educating, which is why he also serves as an educator and leader within the organization.
As an alumnus of USC, Matt had a career in real estate prior to joining the team. When not working, Matt enjoys cooking, opera (watching and singing), and thinking about how to make the world a better place.
Marcia Coppola, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Vice President of Manager Development
Marcia joined HOA Organizers in 2014. As our Vice President of Manager Development she works closely with all of the community managers within the organization by providing guidance, coaching, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Her diligence and work ethic make her an invaluable asset to HOA Organizers.
Prior to joining HOA Organizers, Marcia worked for several property management companies in both the Los Angeles and Orange County areas and has experience in Community Association Management, Apartment Management, and Accounts Receivables. Marcia is a certified community manager through Community Associations Institute (CAI), holding the CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations. During her downtime, Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dogs. She is an avid outdoor adventure enthusiast that enjoys dancing and binge watching Netflix.
Jerri Gaddis, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Vice President of Client Development
Jerri Gaddis has worked exclusively with common interest developments and been a portfolio manager for more than 20 years. She joined HOA Organizers in 2022 as the Vice President of Client Development. Jerri holds her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations.
Jerri is an active member of CAI-Greater Los Angeles and Channel Islands Chapters. She is the Chair of CAI-GLAC’s Executive Retreat Committee and serves on several other committees in both chapters. Jerri was CAI Central Ohio Chapter President and a member of the Board of Directors. Jerri has a passion for the industry and enjoys mentoring others.
Jerri is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. “Grandma” is her favorite name. She and her husband enjoy the beauty of California and spending time outdoors with their two dogs. Jerri’s favorite quote “We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.”
Shauna Gatlin, CMCA
Vice President of Organizational Advancement
Shauna brings over fourteen years of community association management experience to HOA Organizers, and joined our team in 2022. As our Vice President of Organizational Advancement, she drives our innovation and new processes to ensure that our team is set up for success.
Shauna began her career in 2007 where she spent seven years in portfolio and large master planned communities. In 2013, she was recognized for her superior service and talent and moved into various leadership roles. Shauna’s primary objective is to maintain close client relationships, provide exceptional service, and always do what's right for the properties she manages.
Shauna brings an astute knowledge and background of the Los Angeles area. She was born and raised in LA, and now proudly raises her own family in Santa Clarita. Shauna has her CMCA certification and is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) where she sits on the Education and College Curriculum Committees. Shauna is an involved local community member, once receiving special recognition from the County of Los Angeles’s Board of Supervisors for her valuable work at a master planned community.
Helen Cook, CMCA, AMS
Vice President of Client Relations
Helen Cook joined HOA Organizers in 2014, having previously served as the Director of Operation for the company in which HOA Organizers acquired in 2014. As our Vice President of Client Relations, she works tirelessly to ensure our clients' satisfaction in all aspects of our company. She also facilitates support and training internally, for customer service skills and improving upon client relations. Helen also is a seasoned Senior Community Manager and has acquired the CMCA and AMS national designations.
Helen has an extensive Real Estate background and has kept her Real Estate license current for over 35 years. Her dedication to HOA Organizers and her knowledge of property management is irreplaceable. When not working, Helen enjoys playing and writing music and spending time with her husband and family. She loves working out with her trainers, cooking and having long conversations and laughing with people, friends and family.
Drew Coppola, CMCA, AMS
Vice President of Corporate Training
Drew joined HOA Organizers in 2015, and quickly proved a distinct ability to quickly understand and apply legal and procedural aspects of community management. With a keen ability to break down complex concepts, he has served HOA Organizers in many capacities including supervising departments, training employees, and introducing our services to prospective clients.
While managing a beachfront community in Malibu, Drew has expertly led the community through difficult challenges and complex interactions with local and statewide governmental agencies. Drew has his CMCA and AMS designations, and is expecting to get his PCAM by the end of 2022.
Drew is excited to continue his part in the growth and success of HOA Organizers, its teams, and its clients. And he loves pizza and slapstick comedies.
Gwyn Grenrock, CPA (Inactive)
Gwyn joined HOA Organizers in 2021 with almost 4 decades of experience as a CPA (currently inactive). Having started her career with Arthur Andersen, and having spent the last 14 years running a private charitable foundation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
Gwyn graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State with a degree in accounting, and has also served on various boards and committees, including with the Orange County United Way, and the Orange County Grantmakers.
